Our attorneys are state and national leaders in the area of assisted reproductive technology (“ART”) law, also referred to as fertility law.

Two of our attorneys are fellows and leaders in the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), a highly vetted organization, and they are helping to draft state legislation on these issues. They have also helped formulate national ethical standards for ART law.
